                                       ATTENDEE GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS

   All Attendees are expected to adhere to the following rules & regulations and respect the artists,      
   vendors and the Stadium at all times.  Those who do not adhere to the following rules & regulations
   may be asked to leave, without refund, and will not be allowed to reenter.

1.        No colors, No patches.

2.        Do not bring weapons of any kind to the Expo.

3.        All bags and persons are subject to search prior to entry into the venue.

4.        Your ticket is required for entry into the venue.  No ticket, No entry.

5.        No solicitation, cross-promotion, announcement of other events, will be allowed at the expo
         Attendees are not allowed to pass out fliers, postcards, pamphlets, brochures or business cards
         anywhere inside the expo.

6.        Attendees and exhibitors may use non-professional cameras to take pictures at the expo.  
         Please respect any artist whose picture you many want to take and ask for permission prior to
         taking the picture.

7.        No video cameras or professional camera equipment, (i.e. – SLR cameras) will be allowed
         without a press pass issued by High Caliber Events, LLC.  If you have a press pass and will be
         taking video or pictures, your pass must be worn at all times.

8.        No person under the age of eighteen (18) will be tattooed at the expo.  

9.        High Caliber Events, LLC and the University of Phoenix Stadium reserve the right to refuse
         service and/or admission to anyone.






                                                   EXHIBITOR RULES & REGULATIONS

   All artists and vendors are expected to adhere to the following Rules and Regulations. Those who do
   not, will be asked to leave the show, will not be refunded any money and will not be asked back.

1.        All exhibitor booths must be manned no later than 30 minutes prior to the opening of the show
         each day, throughout the close of the show day.

2.        All exhibitors are expected to be on their best behavior and respect the venue staff, hotels, and
         guests of the show.

3.        Exhibitors are only allowed to bring in 64 ounces of non-alcoholic liquid per day. No other outside
         food or beverage will be allowed.

4.        No artist may tattoo or pierce any person under the age of 18. Anyone found doing so, will be
         removed from the show immediately.

5.        No private areas, (i.e. – genitalia, breasts, etc.), may be tattooed or pierced at the show. Anyone
         found doing so will be removed.

6.        Proper biohazard precautions must be used by every artist, on every tattoo or piercing they do.

7.        All tattoos must be properly wrapped when finished, and after all tattoos and piercings, you are
         to give the customer an aftercare sheet with all necessary information about the proper care of
         their tattoo or piercing.

8.        Tattoo suppliers will be present at the show, so you may purchase supplies from those suppliers
         as needed. Autoclaves will be present in multiple booths around the show floor.

9.        Due to biohazard regulations with the venue, non biohazard trash containers may not be kept in
         the booths. Trash cans will be available outside of the booths.

10.      Regular trash is to be placed in one of the trash receptacles on the show floor, not in the
         biohazard trashcan in exhibitor booths, or in the sharps containers.

11.      All sharps must be placed in the sharps container.
DO NOT PLACE SHARPS IN THE
         BIOHAZARD TRASH CAN OR IN A REGULAR TRASH CAN.

12.      All biohazard material, other than sharps, must be placed in the biohazard trashcan in the booth.

13.      You must provide a surge protector and 3-prong, grounded extension cord(s) for your booth.

14.      All artists and vendors must have their show badges with  them at all times while in the venue.
